2. Usage Limits & Fair Use Policy (FUP)
To guarantee optimal low-latency performance and prevent automated abuse, SmartTicket AI operates with clear tier allocations:
- Free Trial Tier: Capped at 50 total requests or 7 consecutive calendar days. Once reached, AI assistant access pauses gracefully until an active subscription is linked.
- Active Pro Tier: Includes a monthly Fair Use allowance of up to 2,000 analyses per billing cycle.
- Automatic 30-Day Cycle Reset: The usage counter automatically resets to zero every 30 days based on your initial subscription date.

3. Billing & Cancellation
