By installing or using SmartTicket AI for Zendesk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
SmartTicket AI provides automated ticket summarization, sentiment detection, and reply suggestions utilizing Azure AI Foundry within the Zendesk Agent Workspace. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service during an active trial or paid subscription.
Subscribers agree to adhere to the 2,000 monthly analyses Fair Use Policy. Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass service quotas will result in immediate suspension.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain 99.9% uptime on Azure App Service, we are not liable for transient network delays or third-party platform interruptions.
